Thank you so much for shopping with Journey With Jeanna! I want your order to arrive smoothly, so here's exactly how shipping works.
How your skincare ships
To get you fresh, professional-grade products, your skincare ships directly from each brand's own warehouse (or its authorized distributor), not from my home studio. Because each brand packs and ships its own box, orders with products from more than one brand include a separate shipping charge for each brand. I don't add any markup. You pay just what each brand charges me to ship.

Free shipping on orders of $250 or more
When your whole order totals $250 or more, shipping is free on all of the brands above, no matter how many brands are in your cart.
Your exact shipping total is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Where I ship
I currently ship within the United States only.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders usually take 1–3 business days to be packed and shipped.
- Delivery: once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.
If you order from more than one brand, your items will arrive in separate boxes, possibly on different days.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it's emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Each brand's box has its own tracking number.
