How to use:
- Remove all makeup from the eyelashes and brows. For eyelashes, use the brush applicator to apply to the base of the upper and lower eyelashes, starting from the inner corner of the lashes and working to the outer edge. For eyebrows, apply one pass using the brush applicator from the inner brow to the outside edge. Avoid contact with the eye.
